Cold-pressed linseed oil is a unique source of nutritionally valuable substances. Ideal for salads, sauces and dips. You can also apply it to your hair, they will become much stronger.

Directions:
Linseed oil is ideal for flavoring sauces, dips and salads. Linseed oil can also be used in skin, hair or nail care.  

Dosage:
2-3x per day 3-5 ml (one tea spoon).

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight. After opening, use up to 6 months.
